Welcome on our website. At the 4th of December we have started the first Polish bicycle expedition around New Zealand or The Land of the Long White Cloud as the Moari call it. New Zealand is the furthest place from Poland in the world. It was discovered in 1642 and colonized about 200 years ago but nearly half of its territory is still uninhabited. During our two month journey we have reached Fiordland- the kingdom of the greatest fiords on earth. We traversed green valleys and lunar vulcanic areas, we cycled across the Southern Alps and stand at the foot of Mt.Cook, the highest mountain of New Zealand which reaches nearly 4000 metres above the sea level.
    At the same time we were trying to find out how a society based on the idea of multiculturalism functions and what is the position of the Polish minority in it. Briefly put- these two months were very busy for us
